Harry insists UK is still his ‘home’ after Megxit

PRINCE Harry insists the UK is still his home – two years after he ditched Blighty for the sunny hills of Los Angeles.

Harry’s legal representative says the Sussexes would love to visit the royal family in the UK – which the prince still considers ‘home’ – but they are ‘unable to return’ as it is too dangerous after being stripped round-the-clock police protection.

“The UK will always be Prince Harry’s home and a country he wants his wife and children to be safe in,” they said.

“But with the lack of police protection, comes too much personal risk.”

They continued: “Prince Harry inherited a lifelong security risk.

“He remains sixth in line to the throne, has served two combat missions in Afghanistan and in recent years his family has been the subject of well-documented neo-Nazi and extremist threats.

“While his role within the institution has changed, his profile as a member of the royal family has not changed. Neither has the threat to him and his family.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are personally funding a private security team for their family, but this security cannot replicate the police protection needed in the UK.

“Without such protection, Prince Harry and his family cannot return home.”
